OUR RETURN POLICY
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Bottle Koolzie purchase.  If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days. Customized products are not eligible for returns.  

DETAILS OF THE RETURN POLICY:
You can return your product(s) up to 30 days after the original purchase date.  If possible, please include a copy of the original receipt of purchase. A full refund for the price of the merchandise will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days of receiving your returned product. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.

Our product is made for the outdoors and should hold up to normal wear and tear.  However, things happen and if the product breaks contact us about a replacement.

Please email the Bottle Koolzie customer service team at info@bottlekoolzie.com to set up your return. To avoid delays, please include a copy of your original receipt with the merchandise.
